On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Enrol, to introduce some new enhancements.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

[SLAY-8406] - Server error saving Journal Entry

We’re currently aware of an issue where some users are rececing an error when saving a Journal Entry. This is due to either the Hours or Minutes field being blank.

The current workaround is to  add a number to both Hour and Minute fields.

Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
