[TM-4057] Event Subscriptions: ILR Update learner in Eportfolio

We're currently aware of an issue impacting some customers who have the EportfolioUpdateLearner event enabled between ILR and Eportfolio. When any learner details are updated in ILR the learner data is being overridden in EPortfolio. For example the learners date of birth is updated to 01/01/1990.

There is currently no work around.

Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
