Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

[SLAY-8453] Unable to open Eportfolio app on Andriod 14

We're currently aware of an issue where users who are using an Andriod device operating version 14 are unable to open the OneFile Eportfolio app (Blue app).

iOS/Apple devices are working as expected.

The current workaround is to use the old app if you have this installed.

Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
