[ILR] Unable to run FIS report

Description: FIS Report isn't processing on ILR

Workaround: Run the ESFA report and manually run the data through the FIS app.

Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Follow this post to receive updates on this issue being resolved.
