Please ensure all data is saved and your Eportfolio account is logged out before 7am to avoid any data loss.

TM-2268 Unable to download completed Applicants on RPL to PDF

We are currently aware of an issue where the PDF download isn't appearing on completed Application.

Our Technology team are investigating and we'll resolve this as soon as possible.

The current workaround is:

  1. Log into RPL

  2. Click Applications

  3. Click Completed

  4. Click on Applicant

  5. Expand all relevant areas

  6. Right click on the page

  7. Click Print

  8. Select Save as PDF as the Destination 

  9. Click Save
