RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, ILR and Enrol to release fixes and new features:

New features and enhancements

Eportfolio.

Update to the LearningHub endpoint that creates new Journal Entries. The endpoint will now also accept; Title, Start date and time, Duration in minutes, TimesheetCategoryID, AssessorID and IsOffTheJob. If all of these values are provided, then a new Timesheet record will also be created.

Enrol

There are now filters available within the Review Forms Page. These filters allow a user to
- filter by form name
- filter by form status
- filter by assigned to (minus training provider option)

ILR

The learning support funding records are now editable.
If the apprenticeship contract type date to field is left blank and the programme is complete, the learning actual end date will be used in the ESFA report

Bug fixes

ILR

User access can now be disabled and enabled within the user management section. Guidance on disabling users can be found here.
The Terms and Conditions window is now accessible for keyboard users.
