On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce a new enhancement.  

Please ensure all data is saved and your Eportfolio account is logged out before 7am to avoid any data loss.

Access accounts page not loading

Description: Some users are experiencing an issue with the Access Accounts page, from the learners portfolio loading.

Workaround: As a Centre Manager you can assign the learners to the Employer by going to the Employers account and clicking on the Learners tab.

We'll keep you posted on the process of this issue.
