Overview
Yes. The Inclusion Module can generate notifications when a learner submits a wellbeing check-in containing a response that has been classified as Critical.
This allows support staff to be alerted quickly when a learner's response requires attention, helping Centres respond appropriately to potential wellbeing concerns.
How Do Wellbeing Notifications Work?
When creating a wellbeing check-in template, each response option can be assigned a severity level.
If a learner selects a response marked as Critical and submits the check-in, the system can automatically generate a notification.
The notification is delivered as an Eportfolio task to nominated staff members.
Who Receives Notifications?
Centres can decide which roles should receive critical wellbeing notifications.
Available notification recipients include:
- Centre Manager
- Default Assessor
- Support Coordinator
Notification settings are managed within the Inclusion Module's Global Settings.
How to Enable Critical Wellbeing Notifications
- Open the Inclusion Module settings.
- Navigate to Global Settings.
- Enable Critical Wellbeing Notifications.
- Select the roles that should receive notifications.
- Save your changes.
Once enabled, notifications will be generated whenever a learner submits a wellbeing check-in containing a critical response.
Do All Wellbeing Check-ins Generate Alerts?
