Overview
Yes. Onefile Eportfolio already supports integration with Cognassist, allowing Cognassist assessment results to be displayed within learner records.
The Inclusion Module has been designed to work alongside this existing integration, helping Centres bring support-related information together in a single location.
How Cognassist Currently Integrates with Onefile
If your Centre uses the Cognassist integration, learner assessment results can already be displayed within Onefile Eportfolio.
This allows staff to review cognitive assessment information alongside other learner records and support activities.
Will Cognassist Data Be Available in the Inclusion Module?
Yes. Cognassist assessment information is planned to be available within the Inclusion Module in a future release.
This will allow support information, learner needs, barriers to learning, and Cognitive Assessment results to be viewed in a more centralised way.
Note: At the time of writing, Cognassist integration remains available through its existing location within Onefile Eportfolio.
What Are the Benefits?
Bringing Cognassist information into the Inclusion Module will help Centres:
- View support information in a single location.
- Better understand learner support requirements.
- Identify potential barriers to learning.
- Create more informed Support Plans.
- Improve collaboration between support staff and assessors.
Can Data Be Imported Automatically?
Where Cognassist integration has already been configured, assessment results can be made available through the existing integration process.
The Inclusion Module does not currently introduce any additional setup requirements for Cognassist integration.
Future Enhancements
Onefile will continue to develop the Inclusion Module and expand integration opportunities. This includes making existing Cognassist data more accessible within Inclusion workflows and learner support processes.
Details of future releases will be published through the Onefile Help Centre and release notes.
