[Eportfolio] Error when clicking email button on the account page

We are currently aware of an issue affecting some users who receive an error message when clicking the 'email' button on the account page. At the current moment there’s no workaround.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Follow this post to receive updates on this issue being resolved.

Assigning an Expert Witness to an Assessment

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor
  • Learner

  Centre Setting

Use witnesses/expert witnesses

Before you're able to assign an Expert Witness to an assessment a Centre Manager will need to create an assessment method by following the below steps:

  1. Click Quality
  2. Click Assessment Methods
  3. Click Edit next to the Assessment Method
  4. Tick Expert/ Witness
  5. Click Save

To assign an Expert Witness to an Assessment please follow the below steps: 

  1. Create New Assessment
  2. Select Primary Method
  3. Click Start
  4. Select Expert Witness
