Wellbeing defaults and critical alerts (Global Settings)

✨New feature alert

The Inclusion Module is available from Thursday, 30th July 2026.

Overview

Global Settings hold the centre-wide wellbeing check-in configuration, which applies unless a specific template overrides it.

Quick Summary

  • Set the default check-in frequency for your centre.
  • Turn on alerts for critical-severity responses.
  • Choose which roles are notified.

Check-in Frequency

Sets the centre-wide default cadence — Not required, Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly. Any template left set to “Global Settings” (rather than a custom frequency) will use this.

Critical Response Notifications

  1. Enable notifications for critical responses.
  2. Choose the notification method (currently Task).
  3. Select which roles are notified — Centre Manager, Default Assessor and/or Support Coordinator.

Tips & Notes

  • This is the setting behind the critical-alert behaviour staff see when reviewing check-ins.
  • ⚠️ At least one role must be selected if notifications are enabled.

Terminology
