✨New feature alert
The Inclusion Module is available from Thursday, 30th July 2026.
Overview
Templates control the questions and response options learners see in their wellbeing check-in. Manage them under the Wellbeing Templates tab.
Quick Summary
- Every centre starts with a ready-to-use default template.
- Templates live in Active, Draft and Archived tabs.
- Each template has 1–5 questions with 2–5 response options.
Where templates live
| Tab | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Published and in use. |
| Draft | Editable, and not visible to learners. |
| Archived | Read-only, and no longer assignable. |
Editing a published template
A published template is locked. To change it, clone it into a new Draft version and edit that. Publishing the draft archives the previous version and moves every learner assigned to it onto the new one — for future check-ins only.
Building the questions
Each template holds one to five questions, each with two to five response options. Every option has an icon, display text and a severity level. Yes/No options can require follow-up text.
Assigning templates
Assign templates to individual learners, or in bulk, from the Learners tab within template management. Learners without an explicit assignment use the centre default.
Tips & Notes
- ⚠️ Publishing a draft moves learners onto the new version for future check-ins only — anything in progress is unaffected.
- Archiving a template that still has learners assigned requires you to choose a replacement published template first.
