Duplicate a workflow within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

Duplicating a workflow is useful when you want to create a new version without altering the original. This allows you to reuse the existing workflow structure, make updates, or create programme‑specific variations while keeping the original workflow unchanged.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following role:

  • Admin

Steps

How to Duplicate a Workflow

  1. Click Workflows from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to the workflow you want to duplicate.
  3. Select Duplicate.
  4. Make any required changes to the duplicated workflow.
  5. Click Publish Workflow when ready.

Tips & Notes

  • The duplicated workflow will open in Draft mode so you can safely make changes.
  • Steps, stages, and structure from the original workflow will be copied over.
  • Duplicating is recommended when rolling out updated onboarding processes or programme‑specific variations.
