Overview
Workflows allow Administrators to configure structured onboarding journeys for learners. Each workflow is made up of a sequence of steps that may include Custom Pages, Enrol Forms, RPL tasks and third‑party integrations.
Workflows ensure onboarding requirements are completed in the correct order and provide a consistent experience for all learners. Completion status is tracked automatically, giving Administrators and Users full visibility of learner progress.

This feature can be used by the following role:
- Admin
Steps
How to Create a Workflow
- Click Workflows from the left-hand menu.
- Click Create Workflow.
- Complete the Workflow Details (e.g., name and description).
- Select the Stages required for the workflow.
- Click Continue to begin adding steps.
Tips & Notes
- You can add Custom Pages, Enrol Forms, RPL steps and third‑party integrations after the workflow is created.
- Only Admin users can create workflows.
- Workflows remain in Draft until they are published.
