Overview
Metrics in Onefile Engage can be disabled when they are no longer required as part of your risk calculation or reporting workflow. Disabling a metric removes it from active use while keeping it available for future reactivation if needed.

This feature can be used by:
- Admin
Steps
How to Disable a Metric
- Click Metrics from the left-hand navigation bar.
- Locate the relevant Metric Group.
- Find the Metric you want to disable.
- Click the three dots (⁝) next to the metric.
- Select Disable Metric.
Tips & Notes
- Disabling a metric removes it from active risk scoring calculations.
- You can re-enable a metric at any time by returning to the same menu.
- Only Admin users can enable or disable metrics.
- Learning Aims linked to the Metric Group will no longer use that metric once disabled.
