Unlock learners Delivery Plan

Overview

Delivery Plans can be unlocked on a learner’s portfolio if changes are required. Unlocking a Delivery Plan allows authorised users to make edits to Modules, Components, and Off‑The‑Job (OTJ) details in Onefile Eportfolio.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following roles (with permission):

  • Centre Manager
  • User Manager
  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

Centre Setting

  • Enable Delivery Plans must be enabled.

Permissions

  • Can unlock a locked delivery plan

Steps

How to Unlock a Learner’s Delivery Plan

  1. Navigate to the learner’s Portfolio.
  2. Click the Delivery Plan tab.
  3. Click Actions.
  4. Click Unlock.
  5. Click Unlock Delivery Plan to confirm.

Tips & Notes

  • Only users with the unlock permission will see the Unlock option.
  • Once unlocked, the plan returns to Draft status and can be edited.
  • After changes are made, the plan must be Locked again to make it visible on the learner’s portfolio.
