How to unlock a learners Delivery Plan

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager with permission
  • User Manager with permission
  • Assessor with permission
  • Trainee Assessor with permission

Can unlock a locked delivery plan 

You can unlock a Delivery Plan on a learners portfolio by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the learners portfolio
  2. Click Delivery Plan tab
  3. Click Actions
  4. Click Unlock
  5. Click Unlock Delivery Plan
