Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

How to lock a learners Delivery Plan

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager with permission
  • User Manager with permission
  • Assessor with permission
  • Trainee Assessor with permission

Can manage learner's delivery plans

You can lock a Delivery Plan on a learners portfolio by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the learners portfolio
  2. Click Delivery Plan tab
  3. Click Actions
  4. Click Lock
  5. Click Lock Plan

Users with permission "Can update learner's episode from a delivery plan", will also be able to update the OTJ values when locking a plan on a learner portfolio.

Unable to edit the delivery plan?

Only Delivery Plans which are in draft can be edited. If the plan is locked, you'll need to create a new instance of the delivery plan by clicking on Create new Delivery Plan.
