Overview
Delivery Plan templates must be published before they can be assigned to learners. Once published, the plan becomes available for use within Onefile Eportfolio and can be copied or customised for individual learner needs.
Centre Setting
- Enable Delivery Plans must be switched on by the Centre Manager.
Permissions
- Can manage learner's delivery plans
User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles (with permission):
- Centre Manager
- User Manager
Steps
How to Publish a Delivery Plan Template
- First, you must have created a Framework Template. Help on creating Framework Templates can be found #here.
- Go to the Delivery Plan tab.
- Click Publish: Off.
- Click Publish Delivery Plan.
Once published, the Delivery Plan template can now be assigned to learners.
Tips & Notes
- Only published Delivery Plan templates can be used for learner assignments.
- If edits are needed later, you may need to create a new version of the plan.
- Ensure permissions are correctly configured if the Publish option isn’t visible.
