[Eportfolio] Unable to download learner portfolios

We’re currently aware of an issue impacting some users that is causing an error when downloading a learners portfolio.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.

How to view Delivery Plans on the learners portfolio

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Any user with access to the learner portfolio

  Centre Setting

Enable Delivery Plans

Icon Visibility

The Delivery Plan needs to be "Locked" before the icon will be visible to all users on the learner's portfolio.

To access a learners Delivery Plan, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the learners portfolio
  2. Click Delivery Plan under the Activity Tab
  3. Here you'll see all locked Delivery Plans assigned to the learner. Click View next to the plan.
