User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Provider Admin
To create a Programme Template, follow the steps below.
- Click Admin on Left hand side navigation bar
- Click Programme templates
- Click New template
- Enter Template name
- Click Continue
- Add Programme Title
- Add Learning aim reference
- Add Funding Model
- Add Programme type
- Click Add learning aims
- Add Aim Title
- Add Aim Type
- Add Learning Aim reference
- Add Funding model
- Add Programme type
- Click Save
Programme Templates can be used when creating new learners, to speed up the process and reduce repetative steps.
Valid Templates
Programme templates are only valid if they have one Programme aim and at least one Learning aim
Edit Aims
You can also edit the Programme aim and Learning aims by opening the Programme template and clicking Edit details.
Learning aim
You can added as many Learning Aims as needed!
