Create Programme Templates

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Provider Admin

To create a Programme Template, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Admin on Left hand side navigation bar
  2. Click Programme templates
  3. Click New template
  4. Enter Template name
  5. Click Continue
  6. Add Programme Title
  7. Add Learning aim reference
  8. Add Funding Model
  9. Add Programme type
  10. Click Add learning aims
  11. Add Aim Title
  12. Add Aim Type
  13. Add Learning Aim reference
  14. Add Funding model
  15. Add Programme type
  16. Click Save

Programme Templates can be used when creating new learners, to speed up the process and reduce repetative steps.

Valid Templates

Programme templates are only valid if they have one Programme aim and at least one Learning aim

Edit Aims

You can also edit the Programme aim and Learning aims by opening the Programme template and clicking Edit details.

 Learning aim

You can added as many Learning Aims as needed!
