Overview
The two-way integration between PICSWeb and Onefile Eportfolio keeps selected data in sync across both systems. This ensures learner records, progress, and updates remain consistent, reducing manual work for Centres and improving data accuracy.
The integration consists of two core functions:
- Learner upload – New learners are created in Onefile from PICSWeb.
- Automatic sync – PICSWeb is updated based on activity recorded in Onefile.
What Data Is Synced?
The integration syncs key learner and progress information between the two systems. For the detailed and up-to-date list of all fields shared between Onefile and PICSWeb, please refer to the official guidance provided by Pellcomp.
Important Notes
- Only mapped and supported fields are shared between systems.
- Some fields are read-only depending on which system owns the record.
- Not all Onefile fields are synced—refer to Pellcomp’s documentation for specifics.
- Sync frequency and behaviour may depend on your Centre’s integration settings.
