[Eportfolio] Unable to download learner portfolios

We’re currently aware of an issue impacting some users that is causing an error when downloading a learners portfolio.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Follow this post to receive updates on this issue being resolved.

How to send a Message

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • All OneFile Eportfolio users

To send a message from your account, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Messages in the left hand navigation 
  2. Click New Message 
  3. Click To : 
  4. Select Group: 
  5. Click Apply 
  6. Select Recipient 
  7. Click Done
  8. Click CC: (Optional) 
  9. Select Recipient 
  10. Click Done
  11. Enter Subject 
  12. Type Message 
  13. Select Create as a task (Optional) 
  14. Select an Attachment 
  15. Click Send
