Why Haven’t My Certificates Arrived?

If you have completed your qualification in Onefile Eportfolio but have not received your certificates, this article explains what to do next. Onefile does not issue certificates directly — these are handled by your training provider or awarding organisation.

  • Certificates are not issued by Onefile.
  • Certification is handled by your Training Provider or awarding organisation.

What You Should Do

If your qualification is complete but your certificate has not arrived:

  • Contact your Training Provider directly.
  • They are responsible for submitting certification claims and issuing certificates.
  • Your provider will be able to confirm:
    • whether your qualification has been claimed,
    • if additional checks are required,
    • estimated timescales for receiving your certificate.
