On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce a new enhancement.  

Please ensure all data is saved and your Eportfolio account is logged out before 7am to avoid any data loss.

Why haven't my certificates arrived?

If you have completed your qualification on Onefile, but haven't received your certificates, we would advise contacting your Training Provider.

OneFile only provides the software to your training provider, so unfortunately we have no involvement in the certification processes.
