Archiving Learning Aims

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

To Archive a Qualification please follow the below steps:

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu
  2. Click Learning Aims
  3. Search for the Aim in question
  4. Tick the grey box under Archive on the same row as the aim.
  5. Click Save
