Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Complete a Skills Assessment

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Applicant

To complete the application for the apprenticeship follow the steps below:

  1. Click Setup your account on the email from the training provider
  2. Enter your name and password
  3. Click Complete sign up
  4. Log into your account
  5. Click Start skills assessment
  6. Click Get started
  7. Complete each field on the job experience page
  8. Click Next
  9. Complete each field on the qualifications page
  10. Click Next to Knowledge

To complete the ratings for Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours, follow the steps below:

  1. Select a score against each statement
  2. Click Leave a Comment to add any relevant information (Optional)
  3. Click Attach documents to add any relevant documents (Optional)
  4. Click Next to skills

Repeat steps 1-4 for the skills and behaviour pages - it's good to know that it's possible for you to come back to this assessment at a later date, as your scores are saved when you move to the next page.

Once you have successfully completed the skills assessment, your application will be reviewed by your training provider. If you would like to check the status of your skills assessment, this will be visible on your home screen.
