How to Upload a Review in the Eportfolio App
Steps to Upload a Completed Review
- Once the review is complete, click next to the Sign section.
- Tap Fininsh
- Choose one of the following options:
- Sync and Send Review
Sign the review directly in the app and upload to the learners portfolio - Continue Later
Complete the review at a later point on the app - Finish Online, please in sync ready
Places the review in Sync Ready. Sync the review to the live system so any changes can be made before signing online by completing a learner sync.

Collecting Signatures
- After signing, you can collect the learner’s signature:
- Tap Finsh after signing the review as Assessor
- Tap Pass to learner
- The learner can read through the review and sign.
Syncing the Review
- Once signed or marked as Finish Online, the review will appear in the Sync Ready section under Reviews.
- To sync:
- Sync All: Tap Sync All (bottom-right corner) to upload all completed reviews.
- Sync Individually:
- Press and hold on a review.
- Tap Sync (bottom-right corner).
- You can hit Sync and Send Review to upload the review at the time if completing. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection when completing a sync.
