Uploading a Review using the Eportfolio App

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

Overview

Once a review has been completed in the Onefile Eportfolio App, Assessors and Trainee Assessors can upload it to the learner’s portfolio. You can upload immediately, continue later, or sync the review for final signing online.

Steps to Upload a Completed Review

  1. Open the completed review and navigate to the Sign section using Next.
  2. Tap Finish.
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • Sync and Send Review
      Sign the review directly in the app and upload it to the learner’s portfolio.
    • Continue Later
      Save the review to finish on the app at a later time.
    • Finish Online (place in Sync Ready)
      Moves the review to Sync Ready so you can sync it to the live system and make any final edits or sign online after completing a learner sync.

Collecting Signatures

  1. After signing as the Assessor, tap Finish.
  2. Tap Pass to learner.
  3. The learner can then read through the review and sign on the device.

Syncing the Review

Once a review is signed or marked as Finish Online, it appears in the Sync Ready section under Reviews.

How to Sync

  • Sync All: Tap Sync All (bottom‑right corner) to upload all completed reviews.
  • Sync Individually: Press and hold on a review → tap Sync (bottom‑right corner).
  • At the point of completion: Tap Sync and Send Review to upload immediately.

Important: Ensure your device has a stable internet connection when syncing.

Tips & Notes

  • Only reviews that have been completed or placed in Sync Ready will appear in the syncing list.
  • Use Centre Sync frequently to ensure all data is up to date between the app and the live system.
  • If a review is not appearing, it may not be completed or hasn't been marked for syncing yet.
