Steps to Create an Assessment Plan Template
Steps for Centre Managers
- Click Quality in the navigation menu.
- Select Assessment Plan Templates.
- Click Create new template.
- Enter the Template Name.
- Enter the Assessment Plan Title.
- Click Add Task.
- Select an Assessment Method.
- Add instructions to the task (you can also attach supporting documents using Learning Resources).
- Click Save.
When creating a task on a plan template, it is not possible to manually set specific criteria – only Outcomes can be selected. If you need to specify criteria, you will need to create an Assessment Template.
Steps for Assessors
- Scroll down the homepage to the Forms and Templates section.
- Click Assessment Plan Templates.
- Click Create new template.
- Enter the Template Name.
- Enter the Assessment Plan Title.
- Click Add Task.
- Select an Assessment Method.
- Add instructions to the task (supporting documents may be attached via Learning Resources).
- Click Save.
Only Outcomes can be selected when creating tasks within a plan template. If criteria selection is required, an Assessment Template must be created instead.
Repeat steps 6–9 for each additional task you want to add. Once you are satisfied with the plan, click Save.
Additional Options
- Add multiple tasks to structure a full assessment plan.
- Attach supporting documents to each task via Learning Resources.
