Although we would advise that user's reset their own passwords via the Password Reset page, Centre Managers can reset passwords for other users on the centre by following the steps below:
Click on Users in the navigation menu
Locate or search for the user
Click their Account button (for learners, click Episodes, then Account)
Scroll down the to Login Details section
Click the Email button
The user will receive an email to the primary email address with their username and a randomly generated password.
If the user does not receive this email, they should check their spam/ junk folder before contacting their internal IT team.
