RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Monday, we're updating OneFile Engage, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.  

Enhancements

Engage

  • It is now possible to drill into the learner's full EP record from Engage.   The OneFile Number is now a hyperlink to the EP record.

N.B. If the user has more than one EP account, it will ask them to select the required EP account

  • The following data is now available in the nightly exports. 

    • Learner OF number 

    • Learner Engage Id

    • Overall Risk Percentage

    • Risk Level

    • Predicted Risk

           N.B. This will be available from 25th February 2025. 
Fixes

Engage

  • User page - The user page has been modified to make it easier to see the hierarchy of users. 
  • Learner Filter - It is now possible to filter the learners by Class.
  • The Archive learners tab has been relabelled to In Active.  This tab will show all learners on the following statuses:
  • Archived
  • Break in Learning
  • EPA

The learners will not show a status in this release but will appear in the tab.  

  • When viewing a metric that has no data against the learner, this is now shown in Grey.

  • There is now a history of all bulk interactions.This will list all the auto interactions sent, including the number of recipients. 

    The recipient field is a hyperlink displaying the learners sent the interaction. 

  • There was an issue when a “user” tried to send an email.  This has now been resolved.

These changes aren't guaranteed to be included in this update.  Any changes to the above planned updates will be communicated in this thread!
