Software Update: Friday 8th November 2024

On Friday, we're updating OneFile Enrol, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes. 

Enhancements

Enrol

• An additional layer of security now requires users to enter a code sent to their email when accessing a form through a magic link.
• You can now view the enquiry form in the task section when an enquiry is transferred to a learner record.
• The default auto-reminder for resending forms is now configured to expire after 1 month.

Fixes

• A defect has been fixed that was affecting performance when loading forms.
