Eportfolio

• A record is now added to the activity log whenever any of the following actions occur:
  - Creation of a learner’s draft delivery plan
  - Locking of a learner’s delivery plan
  - Deletion of a learner’s delivery plan
  - Unlocking of a learner’s delivery plan
  - Copying OTJ values from a learner’s delivery plan to their episode
  - Editing a learner’s draft delivery plan
  - Accessing a learner’s locked delivery plan
  - Publishing a delivery plan on a framework template
  -  Unpublishing a delivery plan on a framework template
• You can now archive IV Actions that are no longer in use within a Centre directly from the IV Assessment Actions page. More information can be found here.
• To streamline the process of marking attendance, a new button has been added to the register session page. This button allows Assessors to set the attendance status of all learners to ‘Attended’ in bulk, eliminating the need to manually tick the ‘Attended’ radio button for each learner.
• A new permission, ‘Can upload evidence,’ has been added exclusively for the Learner permission group. This permission is located in the Learners Portfolio section of the permission page. By default, the group permission is set to ‘Inherit’ with an Effective System Setting of ‘Grant.’ All learners will have this permission granted by default, with their user setting also set to ‘Inherit.’
  If a learner is denied this permission, they will no longer be able to upload assessment evidence to their portfolio. This restriction will apply to the following areas:
  The learner will no longer be able to attach files to holistic assessments.
  The learner will be unable to attach files to criteria in per-criteria assessments.
  The option to import Word documents into the assessment evidence textbox will be removed for the learner.
  The learner will lose the ability to upload files via the ‘Assessment Evidence’ portfolio page.
• Pagination has been added to the Learners grid on the Assessor's Dashboard, improving loading times for assessors with a large number of assigned learners. 
•   When the centre setting for interactive Employers is enabled and they are allowed to start assessments, they can sign the assessments but cannot add feedback or messages. 

OneFile API

•  The /User API endpoint now supports updating trainee assessors

Fixes

Eportfolio

• When you press the backspace button at the start of a new line in the feedback and comments box, the text formatting changes.
• An error occurs when trying to edit the columns in a learner database report when CDF columns were previously added to the report.
• The Target Progress report is not returning data correctly when selected.
• Review email reminders are no longer sent if the learner is archived.

OneFile API 

• When making a POST request to the /User API endpoint with a valid providerID, the providerID is not associated with the newly created user.
