RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

On Monday, we're updating Enrol, RPL and Events to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.

Enhancements

Enrol

When resending an email any defaults defined for the reminders will now be displayed
When selecting a learner to send a form, the dropdown list has now been enhanced to allow the user to select multiple learners
It is now possible to send the same form to multiple learners rather than having to select individual learners. When selecting "Send" there is now the option to multi select learners

Fixes

Enrol

There was an issue when creating a form and the form name field was not disappearing. This has now been resolved
There was an issue in Enrol where the Form Name field would not disappear when clicking the back button while creating a new form. This has now been resolved

RPL

There was an issue with the Enrol to EP events relating to Employers and Tutors. This has now been resolved

Events

There was an issue with the rounding of the duration. This has now been fixed and the calculator will always round down
