Software Update: Wednesday 17th April 2024

On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile RPL, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes. 

Enhancements

RPL

  • It is now possible to move an applicant back into an "Open" state. This option is only available to Client Owner Roles.

Fixes

RPL

  • There was a bug when clicking "resend" against an applicant it was sending the wrong email. This has now been resolved and the correct email is now sent 
  • The calculator was rounding incorrectly and therefore reducing the TNP incorrectly in some instances. This has now been resolved.
  •  The Unarchive option was not always available. This has now been resolved and it is possible to Unarchive applications regardless of the state.
  • There was an issue when trying to unarchive an Open Application that had been archived. This has now been resolved.
  • There was an issue when trying to archive a standard, that it was checking all applicant statuses and not just the "Active" applicants. This has now been resolved and standards can be archived if there are no active applicants.
  • There was an issue when syncing standards from EP to RPL. It was showing all standards. This has now been resolved.
  • There was an issue with the Skills Scan submission. It was appearing that it had submitted the record but was still open. This was due to a timeout issue and the data not saved. This has now been resolved and the timeout has been increased.
