Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Software Update: Wednesday 14th February 2024 7:00am - 7:30am

On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, Integrations and Learning Hub, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes. 

Enhancements

Integrations 

  • The Cognassist integration has been updated to use version 1 of the Cognassist API. 

Fixes

Eportfolio

  • If a trainee assessor signs an assessment and is then promoted to a qualified assessor, the second-line assessor is not able to sign off the assessment.
  • The overall target progress on the target progress report is not currently calculated when using weightings.

Learning Hub - Scorecard

  • When the back option on the scorecard page is clicked by any user other than the learner, an error is displayed
  • Centre managers receive an error message when they view the scorecard of a learner who has not already accessed their scorecard
  • Unfortunately, we've had to postpone the release this morning due to a couple of issues which were identified during testing as we wouldn't want to introduce any further issues. The team are working on resolving these issues and we'll be in touch with a rearranged date as soon as possible.

    We're really sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. 

  • This release has been rescheduled for 14th February 2024.
