On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile ILR and Event Subscriptions to release some enhancements.

Enhancements:

ILR

•  The Actual Hours for Off the Job Training will only be generated on the XML once the programme's completion status is set to either "The learner has completed the learning activities leading to the learning aim" or "The learner has withdrawn from the learning activities leading to the learning aim". This is in line with the ILR specification. 

Event Subscriptions

•  Calculate off-the-job hours has been added to the Event Subscriptions. When an off-the-job timesheet is recorded in Eportfolio, this can now be automatically calculated and added to the learner's record in ILR.
