On Wednesday morning, we're updating Onefile to release some new features, improvements, and fixes:
NEW & IMPROVED
Enrol
Training providers can apply filters on the learner records page
Training providers can view the status of a learner on the learner records table
Training providers can view when a form was completed by each assigned user
Eportfolio
Scorecard data added to Data Exports. The file includes:
- Organisation ID
- Learner ID
- Learner Scorecards
- Last Completed Scorecard
- Last Completed Average, Growth
- Distance & Standard
- Centre Managers can search for employers within resources
ILR
End Point Assessment has been added to the menu item for Programme AIM
Import Learners feature has moved from learner list page to Admin Menu
Ability to search for independent end-point assessment organisations
FIXES
ILR
Mandatory field tracker panel will no longer refresh twice when adding a new AIM
Users with mixed cases in their email can login
Check boxes greyed out will not be able to be selected within the Participation in Programmes pop-up window after the maximum allowed is selected
Learning Hub – Learning Journal
Entries created will not show as one hour ahead when creating a new entry and will not clash with other entries created
