On Wednesday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements, and fixes:   

NEW & IMPROVED 

Enrol 

• Training providers can create accounts for other team members 

ILR 

• Overall percentage for learner record completions for Learner and Learning Delivery session sections are combined into one overall percentage 

• Delivery location postcode field is populated automatically with the Training provider's address when creating a learner 

• Learner Reference Number field is autogenerated and populated automatically when creating a Learner 

• Unique Learner Number validation  

Eportfolio 

• Notification when a Turnitin submission is unsuccessful  

Login – keychain 

• Enrol tab added to Keychain and the details related to that account 

FIXES 

Enrol 

• Error message will appear for empty fields when completing forms  

ILR 

• Users can save values entered in Planned Hours and Actual OTJ fields  

RPL 

• Users will be presented with an error message for any fields with a decimal point value in
