On Wednesday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements, and fixes:  

NEW & IMPROVED

Enrol

Training providers can create accounts for other team members

ILR

Overall percentage for learner record completions for Learner and Learning Delivery session sections are combined into one overall percentage
Delivery location postcode field is populated automatically with the Training provider's address when creating a learner
Learner Reference Number field is autogenerated and populated automatically when creating a Learner
Unique Learner Number validation

Eportfolio

Notification when a Turnitin submission is unsuccessful

Login – keychain

Enrol tab added to Keychain and the details related to that account

Enrol

Error message will appear for empty fields when completing forms

ILR

Users can save values entered in Planned Hours and Actual OTJ fields

RPL

Users will be presented with an error message for any fields with a decimal point value in
