On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:   

NEW & IMPROVED 

Learning Hub - Courses

  • When a learner completes a course their default assessor receives a task notification that links them to the course

Learning Hub - Scorecard

  • Learners can submit more than one Scorecard per month

Eportfolio

  • A link to the Accessibility Statement has been added to the footer 
  • An API endpoint added for users Task data. This retrieves values for the number of tasks set, tasks completed, incomplete tasks, overdue tasks, the earliest overdue date, and the progress completed.
  • Learner Template Form report  available for Centre Managers and Monitors  

FIXES

RPL-FC

  • All bespoke standards import
  • Bespoke label displays for Bespoke standards applied in an organisation

Learning Hub - Learning Journal

  • Formatting on exported Learning Journals

Eportfolio

  • Tasks now included in Download Portfolio
