Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Software Update: Thursday 4th March 2020 - 07:00-07:30

On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:   

NEW & IMPROVED 

Eportfolio 

  • Learners can now access their BKSB profile via the icon on their portfolio when their portfolio is matchedwithout needing to log in using their BKSB details.  

  • Consumed seats has been removed from the Per Seat Usage Breakdown report 

Learning Hub – Learning Journal  

  • Users get a warning message when they delete a Learning Journal entry informing any associated hours will still exist in Timesheets 

  • New setting has been added to the quiz settings area that allows learners to repeat quiz after passing
