On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to release some new features, improvements and fixes:   

NEW & IMPROVED 

Eportfolio 

• Multiple Web Content Accessibility (WCAG) improvements to make sure OneFile is accessible for everyone. WCAG is a set of requirements that ensures OneFile is accessible by everyone, regardless of age or disability.  

• Text colour option within HTML editor

Learning Hub – Courses 

• Users can access all YouTube features when viewing through the course 

RPL – Funding Calculator  

• Bespoke standards are now labelled as Bespoke to identify them for users  

FIXES 

Eportfolio 

• Start Date missing from Progress Per Month export 

• Unable to create assessment plan task without a 'Learner Can Start' method 

• Unit Summary sign off tasks being sent to Assessor when unit not completed 

• Task to sign completed assessment generated if assessor changed to trainee before learner signs 

RPL – Funding Calculator  

• Applicants are visible to their assigned tutors on the Manage Applications page, if no employer or line manager has been assigned to the Applicant 

• Round brackets can now be used when searching for a standard name
