On Thursday morning, we're updating OneFile to fix a few bugs and release some new features.  

NEW & IMPROVED 

Eportfolio

• Integration with Microsoft Teams  

• Off-the-job entries added with a future date and time will now update the off-the-job total and percentage when the date and time is reached

•  Multiple Web Content Accessibility (WCAG) improvements to make sure OneFile is accessible for everyone. WCAG is a set of requirements that ensures OneFile is accessible by everyone, regardless of age or disability.   

Learning journal

• Learners can only view standards within the scorecard which are linked to a scorecard rating scale 

• New warning message to inform learners that learning journal entries linked to criteria will only appear on the scorecard if the criteria is linked to a scorecard rating scale 

• Scorecard is now compatible with standards with up to 20 units 

Courses

• H5p.com content can be embedded

• Quiz settings now appear on a slide-out page
