Choosing who signs a support plan

Overview

This setting controls which roles must sign a support plan before it can become Active — any combination of Support Coordinator, Learner and Employer.

Quick Summary

Choose any combination of Support Coordinator, Learner and Employer.
Applies to new plans going forward.

To set required signatories

Go to Settings → Support Plans.
Tick the roles whose signature is required.
Save.

Tips & Notes

⚠️ This applies going forward and doesn't retroactively change plans that are already signed.
A Learner or Employer signature is only required if the plan is also visible to that party.
Support Coordinator needs to be selected on the learners Episode page first.
