Full details of the changes can be found in the release notes below:

Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief Eportfolio service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your issue is urgent, please set the priority accordingly so we can prioritise it on our return.

Thanks for your patience!

Archive a Custom Page within Enrol Onboarding

Overview

Custom Pages can be archived when they are no longer required in onboarding workflows or programmes. Archiving removes the page from active use while keeping it available for future reference or reactivation.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Admin

Steps

How to Archive a Custom Page

  1. Click Custom Pages from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the three dots next to the page you want to archive.
  3. Select Archive.
  4. Click Archive Custom Page on the confirmation pop‑up.

Tips & Notes

  • Archived Custom Pages are removed from workflow selection lists but remain stored for reference.
  • If the Custom Page needs to be used again, it must be unarchived or recreated depending on Centre settings.
  • Consider archiving instead of deleting if the page may be needed in the future.

Terminology
