Overview
Please contact your Onefile Success Manager to discuss enabling the Cognassist integration before following the steps below. Once approved, Centre Managers can activate the integration using the Client ID and Secret provided by Cognassist.
User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user role:
- Centre Manager
API Token and Key
The Cognassist integration requires:
- Client ID
- Secret
If you haven't received these yet, please contact Cognassist at support@cognassist.com.
Steps to Enable the Integration
- Click Centre in the navigation menu.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Go to integrations.
- Click Configure for Cognassist.
- Add your Client ID.
- Add your Secret.
- Click Save.
Once enabled, Cognassist data will begin to appear within Onefile Eportfolio. Further information on how the integration works can be found here.
Unable to See the Cognassist Icon on the Learner Portfolio?
If the icon isn’t visible, you may have unmatched accounts. You can run a report to identify these. Guidance on running this report can be found here.
