Overview
Access to the Onboarding Module depends on the user's role. Users can access the module either through their Keychain or via Magic Link sent by the organisation.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Admin
- Assessors
- Employers
- Learners
Access Types by User Role
| User Role | Access Method |
|---|---|
| Admin Users | Access via the Keychain once permission has been granted |
| Assessors | Access via the Keychain once permission has been granted |
| Employers | Access via a Magic Link sent by the organisation |
| Learners | Access via a Magic Link sent by the organisation |
✅ Tip: A Magic Link provides direct access without requiring navigation through the platform. The link may be time-limited and should not be shared.
