Overview
Access to the Enrol module depends on the user’s role. Users may access Enrol either through their Keychain account or via a Magic Link sent by their organisation. Magic Links allow quick access without navigating through the platform.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Admin
- Assessors
- Employers
- Learners
Access Types by User Role
| User Role | Access Method |
|---|---|
| Admin Users | Access via Keychain once permission has been granted |
| Assessors | Access via Keychain once permission has been granted |
| Employers | Access via a Magic Link sent by the organisation |
| Learners | Access via a Magic Link sent by the organisation |
Tip
Magic Links provide direct access without requiring users to log in through the platform. These links may be time‑limited and should not be shared.
Tips & Notes
- If a Keychain user cannot see Enrol, permissions may need updating.
- Magic Links must be opened by the intended recipient only.
- Ensure email addresses are correct to avoid delivery issues.
