Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

AoA integration

Overview

The Association of Apprentices (AoA) integration allows learners to access AoA services directly from within Onefile. Once enabled, learners can log into your organisation’s AoA membership account with a single click via their Keychain or a new tile on their portfolio page.

This integration is designed to support learner engagement, networking, resources, and professional development through the AoA platform.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Centre Manager

Steps to Enable the AoA Integration

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Click Go to integration.
  4. Click Enable Integration for Association of Apprentices (AoA).
  5. Enter your 32‑character corporate membership ID provided by AoA.
  6. Click Confirm membership.

If you do not have your corporate membership ID, please contact AoA directly via the following link:

What Learners Will See

  • Once enabled, learners will see an AoA Membership button in their Onefile Keychain.
  • Clicking this button logs them into your organisation’s AoA account automatically.
  • If the learner does not already exist in your AoA membership, they will be prompted to activate their AoA account on first access.

Important Note for SSO Learners

Learners who access their portfolio via Single Sign-On (SSO) do not see Keychain pages, meaning the normal AoA link would not appear.

To ensure they can still access AoA:

  • A new AoA tile has been added to the learner’s portfolio page.
  • This provides direct access to AoA services without needing to visit the Keychain.
