Overview
Training Providers can create Enquiry Forms to capture initial learner details before progressing to a full application. Enquiry Forms use a predefined workflow and automatically include essential learner contact fields.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Training Provider
Steps to Create an Enquiry Form
- Click Form templates in the navigation menu.
- Click New form template.
- Select Learner Enquiry.
Notes
When creating a form using the Learner Enquiry Workflow, the following three fields are automatically added:
- First Name
- Surname
- Email Address
These fields cannot be removed, as they are required for identifying and contacting the learner.
Tips & Notes
- You can add additional fields to gather more information from the learner if needed.
- Use clear field names to ensure learners understand what information is required.
- Enquiry Forms can be edited at any time unless already in use by learners.
