Upcoming System Update: Enrol

On Tuesday 7th October 2025, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements to Enrol.

Allow selected employers access to resource files

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager with permissions
  • User Manager with permissions
  • Centre Monitor with permissions 
  • Assessor with permissions 
  • Trainee Assessor with permissions 
  • Employer with permissions 
  • Internal Quality Assurer with permissions 
  • Lead Internal Quality Assurer with permissions 
  • Observer with permissions

To allow selected employers access to resource folders, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Resources from the left navigation bar
  2. Click New Folder
  3. Click Only the following types of users can access this folder:
  4. Click Employer
  5. Click Specific employers
  6.  Click the Employers you wish to have access to the folder
  7. Click Save

Employers can be given individual access to folders by selecting the file, clicking the edit icon and following steps 3-7.
