Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Managers
- User Managers
- Centre Monitors
- Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs)
- Assessors

Required Permission: You must have the Manage Resources permission enabled.
How to Upload a Resource
To upload a file to the Resources section:
- Click Resources in the navigation menu.
- Open the folder where you want to upload the file.
- Click the Upload icon.
- Select the file you wish to upload.
- Click Upload to complete.
How to Create a Link in Resources
To add a hyperlink to the Resources page:
- Click Resources in the navigation menu.
- Click Create Link.
- Paste the URL.
- Enter a Link Description (optional).
- Select Who Must Sign (optional).
- Select Appeals Procedure (optional).
- Click Test to verify the link.
- Click Create to save.
⚙️ Permissions & Visibility
If you do not have permission to manage resources:
- You won’t see checkboxes next to files.
- You won’t see icons to upload, edit, or delete resources.
Uploading to “Centre Resources” Folder
When uploading to the Centre Resources folder (not a personal folder that you created yourself), you’ll have additional options:
✅ Who Must Sign
- Forces selected users to sign the document upon next login, confirming they’ve read it.
⚠️ Appeals Procedure
- Displays the document as a quick-access link at the bottom of the learner’s homepage.
- Note: Only one resource can be marked as the Appeals Procedure. If uploading a new one, untick the checkbox on the previous file first.
