Reduced Support Availability: 18th July 2024 from 12pm

Just to let you know, our team is attending the OneFile all company meeting on 18th July  2024 from 12pm, so we won't be as responsive as usual!

You can still access our help guides - just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you have an urgent issue, set the priority accordingly.

If you don't have permission to manage resources, you won't see checkboxes next to each file, nor will you see any of the icons to edit resources.

If you are uploading files into the "Centre Resources" folder (not a folder you have created yourself), you will have the following options:
  • Who must sign
    • When enabled, the users of the selected group are forced to sign to say they have read the document the next time they log in.
  • Appeals Procedure
    • When enabled, this document can be quickly accessed via a link at the bottom of the learner's homepage. Only one resource can be the Appeals Procedure, so untick this checkbox in the old appeals procedure file first, if uploading a new appeals procedure.
